Welcome to the Faculty of Arts, which offers a unique opportunity to students to study across the areas of Humanities, Communication and Creative Arts.

The Faculty teaches a wide range of disciplines from traditional areas such as Anthropology, History, Literature, Drama and Languages, to vocational areas such as Journalism, Public Relations and Counselling (Human Services), and in performance and creative practice areas such as Creative Media, Music, Multimedia, Acting and Visual Arts. Students are encouraged to combine theory and practice, analysis and creativity, study and experimentation. In 2009, the Faculty introduced an exciting new undergraduate degree in Creative Arts that takes full advantage of the range of facilities, practice and knowledge available in the University and enables students the opportunity to combine study across the performing arts disciplines.
